Randy is a Master Pastry Chef with a passion for cheesecake and six years ago he decided to embark on a quest to create the perfect cheesecake. Something original, something unique, something divine. An evolution of the cheesecake as we know it. After tasting the cheesecake at the 4 star restaurant he became pastry chef in, he found it lacking and unworthy of the quality they were known for and customers weren’t enjoying it. Necessity being the mother of invention, its was there the sweet scientist began his mission. After over a hundred different variations and experimentations he developed what he considered to be the quintessential texture, taste and consistency he'd been searching for and Randy's Famous Cheesecake was born. They put it on the menu as the featured dessert and sales went through the roof. In the summer of 2011 Randy opened his own cheesecake bakery and began selling his famous cheesecake at The Farmers’ Market in Nashville Tennessee. This created many great opportunities to spread the word about Randy‘s Famous Cheesecake. Randy was recently featured in The Tennessean and several local publications. And as of January 2012 Randy began supplying his cheesecakes to some of Nashville’s finest eatery’s including The Standard at The Smith House and business is rapidly growing every day.
